Seven escapees from Singila Prison in Moroto have so far been Rearrested

Seven escapees from Singila Government Prison in Moroto have so far been rearrested according to a statement by the Uganda Peoples’ Defense Forces.

The statement says 3 other prisons were gunned while the UPDF sustained one fatality in the fire exchange between the pursuing security officers and the fleeing prisoners.
