UPC is Set to Commence Party Primaries

Uganda People’s Congress(UPC), has called upon its flag bearers to prepare for primaries following the party’s confirmation of nomination dates.

However, the party says it will use the secret ballot election form in the internal primaries to avoid irregularities as witnessed in the ruling NRM party recently.
